Accredited zoos are required to have staff members with specific kinds of safety training. We have been working with FreeState for about 10 years now. The staff and trainers here are all very professional, but also very personable and have tailored our very specific needs to the lessons they are teaching. They go above and beyond to make sure you are not only comfortable but that you are proficient in the skills being taught. The staff and knowledge has exceeded our expectations 1000 times over. When we first started working with them 10 years ago, we had only about 3 or 4 of the staff members who were trained and confident.
